Me. Olivier GUERIN-GARNIER was sworn in as a Barrister-at-Law in 1999, and after initial experience in a field other than law, in 2001 he joined DS AVOCATS in PARIS, where he worked in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Insolvency Department. In 2007, he decided to set up his own law firm in Paris.<\/p>

Eager to expand his practice, he finally found the opportunity in La R\u00e9union to take over Cabinet Arnaud et Associ\u00e9s, a then leading firm in the field of legal advice, and became its co-manager in 2011.<\/p>

In 2016-2017, Arnaud et Associ\u00e9s gave way to G&P LEGAL, both on Reunion Island and in Mauritius, in partnership with Mauritian lawyers.
Me. Olivier GUERIN-GARNIER is a founding partner of G&P LEGAL in Reunion and in Mauritius, as well as of LEGALYS; he has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1999 and a foreign lawyer in Mauritius since 2016. He is listed as “Expertise Based Broad” by Chambers & Partners.<\/p>

He was a lecturer at the Universit\u00e9 Paris-Nord from 1999 to 2006 and a consultant for French foreign trade from 2014 to 2017.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Me. Sylvie SEVIN holds a Master’s degree in law with a major in “Carri\u00e8res Judiciaires” from the University of Paris I Panth\u00e9on Sorbonne. She worked for almost 10 years in two Parisian law firms, first as an assistant, then as a lawyer, and after obtaining her CAPA in December 2000, as an associate.<\/p>

At the beginning of the year 2003, she joined the Mayotte Bar Association, where, after two and a half years of private practice, she opened her own law firm on January 1, 2006.<\/p>

Committed to meeting the growing needs of her clientele, she gradually integrated three associates, including Yanis SOUHA\u00cfLI, with whom she founded the firm YSyS AVOCATS in 2016.<\/span><\/p>

She practiced in FORT DE FRANCE from 2017 to the end of July 2022, then opened our SAINT-DENIS of R\u00e9union Island office, where she has been practicing since October 2022.<\/span><\/p>

She has acquired solid experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in real estate law. She also specialises in civil service law.<\/span><\/p>

She holds a University Diploma in Mediation, and is trained in alternative dispute resolution.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Me. Yanis SOUHA\u00cfLI holds a Master II in Judicial Careers from the ANGERS Law School and a CAPA from the POITIERS Law School. He joined Sylvie SEVIN’s law firm in December 2011, and became a partner in June 2016.<\/p>

Over the years, he has built up proven experience in criminal law, without taking anything away from his skills in civil and family law.<\/p>

Yanis SOUHA\u00cfLI is also a real estate agent.<\/p>

After several years as a member of the Bar Council, President of the CARPA and member of the R\u00e9union-Mayotte Regional Disciplinary Council, he has been elected President of the Mayotte Bar with effect from January 1, 2023.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After spending 10 years working for local authorities and public bodies (commune du PORT, SEDRE), where he acquired the specific skills of a territorial civil servant in the field of town planning, Me. \u00c9ric LEBIHAN joined ARNAUD AND ASSOCIATES in 1997 as first clerk. He was admitted to the Bar in 2008.<\/p>

\u00c9ric LEBIHAN has 30 years of experience in Public Business law (negotiating and drafting complex contractual arrangements, contracts, concessions and delegations of public services), as well as in private law relating to urban planning, construction and property development.<\/p>
