2. The negotiation and drafting of public-private partnerships, public domain leases and complex contractual arrangements, on both private and public property (administrative long leases, emphyteutic leases, temporary occupation authorisations, building leases, etc.)
3. Handling difficulties relating to the performance, modification and expiry of public contracts and public service delegations (early termination, expiry, end-of-contract agreements).
